Our goal is to provide a warm, loving, and safe atmosphere that will benefit the child, the parent, the family and the community through a Christian, Biblical program.

We believe that each child is a unique gift from God. Our approach involves the whole child and recognizes that each one develops at his or her own rate.

The Nursery commits itself to provide an atmosphere of Christian nurturing to children and families of the congregation and surrounding communities. We strongly advocate and support the Christian values of caring, sharing, and loving. We recognize that parents and family are the most important influences in a child’s life. Because we want to keep your child safe and secure, number tags will be assigned. The Christian aspect of the program will be visible through Bible Stories, simple prayer, and music.

When You Arrive

When you arrive, staff will be happy to help register your child. You will receive an arm band with a number tag assigned to your child. This number tag will allow you to enter the Nursery anytime throughout the service and to pick up your child. If you are needed during the service, your child’s number will appear on the overhead screens.

Illness

If your child has any signs of illness that would expose other children, please be thoughtful of others and do not bring him/her to the Nursery.

In loving and caring for your child, it is our desire that the Nursery will serve as an extension of your home.

Diaper Bag Tips

We request that your child’s name be placed on diaper bags, pacifiers, and bottles or sippy cups with permanent marker or tape for clear and distinctive identification.

The following items are suggested:

• Disposable diapers or pull-ups
• Bottles-enough for Nursery stay or sippy cups
  
• Pacifier, if used
  
• Extra change of clothes
  
• Favorite Blanket

Wednesday:
