Awana helps churches and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. Our programs offer a proven approach for evangelizing and discipling kids in the church and community.

As a ministry leader for nearly 60 years, Awana is making an impact. A recent national survey found Awana to be as important to our alumni's spiritual foundation as all other church activities combined. Among alumni who participated in our programs for at least six years, 92.7 percent still attend church at least weekly as adults!

Each week, more than one million kids ages 2 to 18 participate in Awana. Over 12,000 churches in the U.S. and 7,600 internationally run Awana programs that change young lives through biblical truth.

AWNA 2011 - 2012 is under way!   Registration forms available here! Click here to download! REGISTRATION FORMS Please print out the appropriate registration form and turn it in at the AWANA Registration Table, or to Mechelle Mills at our church office.

 

Our AWANA Bible memorization program where children are encouraged and motivated to “go deeper” in their faith by memorizing God’s Word and applying it to their lives.  

CUBBIES Club Games, puppets, crafts, awards and other activities transform our pre-school program into a lively weekly experience where fun and learning go hand-in-hand.  Cubbies is for children age 3-5 years old

SPARKS Club This energetic program takes young boys and girls deeper into God's Word while giving them opportunities to hear the Gospel and come to faith in Jesus Christ.  Sparks club is for children kindergarten - 2nd grade.

Truth and Training Clubs The goal of our T&T program is to teach boys and girls the truth of God's Word and to train them to follow Christ in their daily lives.  T&T Club is for children 3rd - 6th grade.

RECRUITING AWANA VOLUNTEERS
It’s time to begin preparations for a new Awana year. Awana is a Bible Club for children 3 years of age through the 5th grade. Awana is always in need of people who are willing to commit to listen to clubbers say sections and encourage them to learn God’s word. If you would prayerfully consider being a part of this ministry for the coming year, please see Mechelle Mills to volunteer. 2011-2012 registration forms for the kids are available in Church hallway.

Awana Schedule

November

AWANA is scheduled to begin every Wednesday night at 6:30 pm.

Please make sure your child wears his or her AWANA uniform (or t-shirt) and brings his or her Bible
and Handbook to club each night.

Attendance awards are given quarterly for anyone with two or less absences per quarter.
